Mountain View A/C & Heating was at my home within the hour. The technician was very professional and walked through the steps to light the pilot light. He cleaned the furnace and filters. To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter as a result of a service call that your company performed on July 31st & August 2nd. The initial call to check our AC unit was diagnosed by your technician as a defective blower that needed to be replaced at a cost between $600-800 dollars. The service technician would let the Service Manager know and they would order the part. We paid for the trip charge & diagnostics fee (92.06).
The next day your office clerk called and said the service manager was going to come out and do an estimate for the diagnosed repair on our AC unit. He showed up and did some checking on the units.
Afterwards, he said he would send out another technician to check out the operation of the units. Joshua showed up and diagnosed the problem in each unit. In both units the wires were rubbing against the blower housing which shorted them out; he repaired the wires. He also replaced the run capacitors in both units; he said whoever serviced the units before installed the incorrect part & this could possibly shorten the life expectancy of the motor. When he was done both units were functioning perfectly.
We are extremely pleased with the repair that Joshua did and with his honest diagnosis of the problem. He is truly an example of how service technicians should conduct themselves when dealing with customers.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the quick and responsive service I always receive from your staff at Mountain View. I had a service man (not sure I can read his name on the invoice, but it looks like Tommy) come out on Thursday 6/30 to check my cooler. He was able to quickly detect the problem and it was simply a matter of adjusting the float on the pump. It works like new, now, and I’m so much more comfortable.
I have recommended your company to friends of mine. I know I can always depend on your company responding in a way that takes care of any problem I have.
I also wanted to express my feelings about what you all have experienced over there with the recent fires. I know it must have been frightening…I haven’t yet been able to bring myself to travel down highway 92 to see any of the damage when I come over from Bisbee. I am thankful with you that your location was spared when it seems everything around it was destroyed. We’re neighbors over here in Bisbee, Sierra Vista, Hereford and surrounding communities seem like we’re all part of a family.

Many thanks again for a successful job completed at my house and furnace venting. Manny and Manuel did a great job. Both the interior and exterior areas look much improved and more room created in the inside area!
I checked all the exits where they did a great job sealing the pipes.
I noticed metal squares (plates) secured in the interior area for safety.
I am confident the moisture issue under my house will be improved. I always recommend Mountain View to my friends & neighbors.
